I disagree. If there's no difference in the plot whether you beat the secret bosses or not, WHAT WAS THE POINT OF DOING IT?
If it makes the game easier in the finale, that's even more retarded and makes even less sense because the normals will just get filtered by the final boss. No. There has to be a better ending if you do the secret bosses. Anything less and the game itself is diminished for it.
