Was going through old shit to sell, found my gameboy advance SP, booted up a gbc game for the hell of it and 2 thoughts:
- holy fuck how was I ever fine with such a tiny screen? Has my vision gotten worse?
- wow I had completely forgotten what a joy it is to play games away from your desk without a keyboard
So now I definitely want more. What are my best bets for less than $100 devices? I don't want to have to do much research for setting things up and shit, just throwing in roms and play. If I start overthinking I'll never get around to it.

Better level design
Better music
More appealing story/characters/atmosphere/vibe
and this might be controversial but I genuinely believe it looks better. The simplified graphics work in it's favor because to be honest, even if you excuse the pink hair, Triforce of the gods is a pretty ugly game especially in terms of character sprites.
