Ann isn't a reroll target unless you're aiming to A6 her as f2p or trying to get A1 Ann+Morgana/Ryuji. The game gives you two early game selectors you can use on her and her A2 doesn't seem that good.

Also, if you have to ask that question, you're probably not prepared for the amount of potential time rerolling a 5* you want could take.
