Those rice crackers really fucked me up but I feel better now.. I think I should avoid certain carbs, though normal rice is usually fine. Thinking of trying some green lentils tomorrow straight from the can. I've also got a can of "Branston" baked beans in tomato sauce which is pretty good though a bit sweet. Either this or another can of black beans.
