this. retarded niggers will point out that dietary collagen is broken down into amino acids and then reassembled to create connective tissue, and because they are brainlets (see the multiple stupid faggots in this thread) they assume that supplementing collagen therefore does nothing and you should just eat more meat instead.
What they miss- the amino acid profile of collagen supps mirrors the amino acid profile needed to construct new connective tissue (high in glycine and other shit)
I started feeling minor golfers elbow a few weeks ago from weighted chinups. Since then I've been consuming two scoops of collagen peptides daily, eating lots of pineapple/grapefruit/mixed berries and pain has improved substantially. Prob will be back to 100% in a week or two. Already lifting heavy again.
Don't listen to stupid faggots on /fit that don't know shit, look like shit, and have shit lifts.
That being said if you have a perfect diet, routine and recovery then you don't NEED supplements. However, if you are injured you will likely need elevated amounts of amino acids/vitamins/minerals in order to heal as quickly as possible. Supplements are very useful in these cases.

Any anons heard of BPC-157? Not sure if there are side effects but supposedly it increases healing in tendon tissues, by increasing growth hormone receptor in the cells.
Interested if any of you have experience, dealing with golf elbow on the left arm and right rhomboid pain.. considering ordering some to try and heal faster. Currently doing a pussy ass recovery routine and it's killing me that I can't lift heavy
