By actively acknowledging the work that I put into things and complimenting that work. If I make her food, she tells me what she likes about it. If I clean, she notices and tells me how much she appreciates it because she has a hard time cleaning up after herself. If I do anything that makes her life easier, she never fails to let me know how grateful she is for it.
