how often do you actually use a throttle value between 0 and max other than for heat management

binding tab + WASD to aim radar results in just moving the radar and no control inputs in helicopters
binding alt + WASD or any other modifiers i've tried (caps, R, mouse buttons, etc) results in inputs being passed through to the controls in addition to moving the radar
any idea on what the fuck antons problem is and workarounds or do I just have to accept tab as my modifier key for radar stuff
