I usually tip a few bucks on carryout for the local places I get it, just because someone had to go to the trouble to box everything up and get it ready for me, and they know me so I'd like to be treated well. When I say a few bucks I mean literally 2 bucks, nothing close to what I'd tip an actual server. If I pick up carryout at random places or when I'm out of town I don't do this, just places I do this regularly.

why don't they just make submarines out of diamond?
