Depends on the length of the track and what they are most proficient in. Bakushin exclusively runs in Sprint length races so she doesn't need stamina or guts and she is most proficient in Front Running so she doesn't need as much power as say a Pace Chaser or a Late Surger, therefore she only needs speed. The longer the track the more stamina a horse needs and the further back you are the more power you'll need.

If you want to have a guaranteed win then just choose Sakura BAKUSHIN O and unga bunga on speed cards (4 at least) and just speed in general.
