even the drones that do hover and are doing the same thing the commercial DJI drones ISIS was using have had massive changes as well
it also isnt even talking about scout drones in this, it is pretty common that they have a digital feed drone that is just hovering and maybe equipped with a grenade/mortar but its doing spotting for infantry and the FPV drones
they also usually have two scouts up at all times and the moment one scout can see you its over, all the infantry and FPV drones are ready for you & leaving the scouts in the air just garuntees the infantry will be able to sneak up and get AT up close
