Honestly the plot has always been bad. The problem is that now you can't get away from the micro-writing. Talking heads every 5 minutes, mandatory NPC ride alongs who won't stfu. Therapy session optional dialogue. "Go talk to every NPC" quests when you first reach a new area.

DPS aren't delicate they're just braindead retardson average
I did healer only ksm and pugs are just a huge gamble, either your DPS don't have defensives bound and it's a brick no matter what you do, or they use their defensives properly and there's nothing to do but HOT up and play like a fourth dps
