They've removed the soft pity, have an accelerated release schedule to catch up with CN while also decreasing rewards, fucked with the release patterns of characters because people saving their gold tickets made them really upset, the UI is a tragedy, the first two palaces aren't...that well written, there is a miniscule delay between pressing a button and things happening, there are million things in the shop shoved into your face at every opportunity. The one issue the game doesn't have is the character cast.
