Post Catharsis content definitely has a lot of potential, but if it never happens I'd get it. With the scenario presented it'd make sense that we wouldn't see any sort of order rise out of it within the timespan of the mod.

I think it gets a good number of lore events, you understand what it is and why it's happening. But I agree it could be stronger, right now it's pretty easy to crush it, with the hardest part being how spread out it is and how many of them there are. All thought it does make sense they're easy to beat since it's just citizens who have snapped and are chaotically going postal with no real plan or organization . All though your idea of them spawning more militia with every province they take is a good one, maybe part of your army should also defect and join them.
