Straight man here. The reason I often play as a woman is that they simply have more freedom to do whatever they want. They can be masculine with a bad attitude, they can be feminine and cute, or they can be both. They can wear all sorts of armor or clothes. Full plate armor and look intimdating. Cute skirts and nice shirts. They can be sexy and revealing or conservatively dressed.

What can men do? Body types are either twink or huge musclebound guy. Armor is usually just platemail. Casual stuff maybe jeans.

There is just way less freedoms as a man to be anyone you want to be. Woman don't have that. They can be anyone and no one cares.
