I would be semi ok with this idea, only because it kinda alligns to me fanshit idea for a Kingdom Hearts combat like Mario action rpg that takes place in a alternate future version of the Mushroom World that is slowly dieing and rotting (think Mushroomy Kingdom in smash brawl)as magic and cartoony logic is bleeding out of the world and making Mario's world more "real". Mario is missing, Luigi is an old man who runs a Mario History Museum, Peach is deceased and has a royal tomb that gets daily Toad mourners and the Mushroom Kingdom is now ruled by an elected president. Bowser is also missing and Junior is in charge of the Koopa Troop. The two main characters are the Super__ ___, a new male character implied to be Mario's son, who is very much in the style of Luigi in the 1993 Mario Bros movie(backwards hat, various gadgets and weapons like jump boots, super scope and fireball generating Power Glove), and a female character nammed Rose(guess who) who uses magic item power ups and spells.
