It's so weird to me how so many people apologize this because they struck titty games. All these holier than thou porn is bad mmkay rhetoric is completely beside the point.
CC companies are deciding what you can spend your money on. Period. How can anyone think this is a good thing? Outside of some comics I like, I don't consume any pornography but acting like it's okay CC companies abolish certain video games and acting like some kind of moral authority without rules or legislation is pure dystopia. And yet people swallow and even defend that shit because it doesn't affect them. Bizarre behaviour.

Good gameplay isn't born out of difficulty. Good gameplay means it has depth and creativity. Having difficulty options can further add to the gameplay, in the sense of nudging the player to utilize all the available mechanics instead of having a one and done solution to every encounter or problem the game throws at you.
