really stressing out for monday but I genuinely want to get some advice here, I'm planning to just hard quit next month without anything lined up. I've been trying to job search for a few months now but I think my mental is really getting me to tank interviews. I tried thinking of fixing my current workplace by pushing back boundaries and reworking things but I've tried that earlier last year with soft pushes and nothing fucking changed, in fact it was probably worse since my manager can't read big boss emotions and told him shit at the wrong fucking time. (I remember one time he asked if he thought my pay was low and I said, "well yeah, it's a little on the lower side." and he mentioned on talking to big boss about it, only to learn it was layoff season and I'm just like oh for fuck sakes, now I have a target on my back). I can't even get my brain to mentally reset for the workday and everything is just frozen when it comes to the big picture. I can generally work on the deliverables but anytime anything gets to the bullshit point (business requirements/presenting to the stakeholders and getting scope creeped because no one has a backbone), I literally just freeze up now. I can't ever see myself recovering right now without a long break but I can't tell if it's the best idea to quit. Getting severely depressed recently too.

If we're just going to keep posting race stereotypes, I might as well redpill the truth. The best workers are unironically African Americans, the types that drink starbucks lattes, wear a polo, They never chimp out, they're super respectful, and they're pretty knowledgeable at what's going on but never have a huge ego.
You may say asian or whities, but I've seen a SHIT ton of them get overly aggro, they usually have a superiority complex and they'll just try to huge dick their way through fucking anything. They're usually lacking in either people skills or technical skills and overcompensate a lot.
