The average pharmacist pay in the US is $64.79 an hour and you can pretty easily open your own shop. Then you don't have to worry about interacting with clients anymore. Kind of a misconception. Since they are paid so little and work is drawn out like that they have to work until they're 70. With a high paying US tech job you can retire at age 35 with the same standard of living. Kind of a devil's bargain but if you think about it they're basically part time Dollar General workers, nobody ever said you HAD to work 40 hours in the US, you always had the option to live humbly and earn less like they do.

It's comfier than you think. I get paid 85k as a 25yo out of the the state cucks me down to 50k after taxes and insurances. BUT those insurances include health, joblessness, pension, etc etc etc.
Cost of living is also lower so you can save up a decent amount of money each month.
We also have zero student loans so that's not an issue either.
Depending on how you live, you can this save up for a house and straight up buy it in your 30s, or get a loan and comfortably pay it off until you're 50.

If you want to earn more in Europe and retire early you can work as contractor / your own consultancy. It's more risk vs reward. Billing is in the range of 100-150 / hour, so earning 250k+ euros per year is possible. The tax climate for business earnings is a lot more favorably in most countries as well compared to being a full time employee. I slowly built a network of jeets with freelance websites like Upwork and when I found a job I liked, I directed all of them to flood their application portal with bullshit resumes. One jeet would be instructed to apply for two hours a day with fabricated resumes and depending on how badly I wanted the job, I'd point multiple jeets to the same website. I can't actually confirm numbers, but one of them reported to me he put in 400 resumes in one week.

I'd do this for about a week, and then completely stop. After 5 business days of silence, I'd simply put in my real resume. This confuses the HR Nancy - "Finally, after all this bullshit, a REAL resume!"

After they get what I am guessing is 1,000+ resumes and the noise shuts off, they receive mine. It landed me more interviews in the past, and now I have a job.

how would you guys suggest someone gain knowledge about tech? im generally more tech savvy than the average person, built a pc, mod games, know how to troubleshoot some stuff on windows because of experience of using windows and shit going wrong. Good news is I didn't get laid off. Bad news is the team they put me on is total chaos. Requirements change everyday. You can't trust the ticket: you'll just be told "no no no, don't do it that". Sprints are meaningless: they will randomly want you do do XYZ right NOW without regard to when the sprint ends. Basically, just put up and shut up and do what they tell you. It is impossible to understand the "English" these "people" speak. Is suicide the only option bros????
