My team just got back to me after I replaced my manger, never told me this shit before but then randomly went like "UHMMM YOUR BOSS USED TO HELP ME WITH X YEARLY WHY DIDNT YOU HELP ME LAST YEAR AND THIS YEAR???" and im just like you fuckers you never told me about this.
