So I want to write a fantasy story and I am thinking of including a whole bunch of techniques and principles of actual magic into the worldbuilding. Most of it would be abstract, but sometimes it will get pretty specific, and if the same action is performed IRL, it would have a real effect.
Would this be irresponsible?
