Crane is mostly for CQs.
Her NP puts her last in the row pushing the next servant in while also giving 20% atk NP1 and 30% NP damage. You also get a new set of cards since it counts like someone died. She also charges everyone's NP when she switch, but you'd usually want her to go first for the damage boost unless you know you can deal enough damage turn 1 so you can gain at least 30% NP charge from her.
She is very niche.
