I know Japs bizarrely like to include anti-racism and social justice themes in their JRPGs, but I don't remember this in tactics at all.
Ramza spends most of the game in a psychedelic trip fighting against literal demons from outer space, which is hardly sober social commentary.
Delita didn't really have a problem with the social order as such, he was just an outsider who craved it for himself and ends up getting stabbed in the end despite getting everything he wanted, suggesting it is the human condition itself that is the source of evil rather than mere social imbalances.
The only "social injustice" character I really remember is Algus who is a cartoonishly sadistic caricature of nobility and is nonetheless contrasted against Ramza who is himself a noble.
