pic related, also what finite is it's magnitude, hence why it is less than 4, what's infinite is its decimals, much like 0.333... which is less than a half, but unlike 0.333... which is a rational number(1/3), pi is not just irrational(like root 2 or phi), pi is transcendental, which means it ain't algebraic(which root 2 & phi are)
