>just spend hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars becoming a laughing stock for a slim chance at banging some loose slut for 15 minutes and wondering if you have an incurable STD for the next 3 months
But why though..?

How is that worse than just having "human" as a race with them all pretty much behaving identically?
Imperials are descended from Nedes and are native to the continent of Tamriel.
Nords are descended from Atmorans, a people from a different continent to the north. They used to be giants.
Yokudans are from a continent to the west that was sunk into the ocean after a big war. They are also probably not from Nirn.
Bretons are the result of an era when Mer held dominion over Men, creating an entirely new race of half-elves (more like 1/256 merokee at this point, but nonetheless).
That's objectively more interesting than
>there are humans, they are ruled by the human king
and they just behave identically to humans from earth, whereas all the other races have real histories and unique (read: tolkien-derived) cultures.
I'm not saying it's the most unique thing out there, but at least they tried.

Want to know the fun part? You're fucking wrong.
Directive (EU) 2019/770 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services
https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dir/2019/770/oj
Article 3(1) – Scope:
>States that the directive applies to contracts where digital content/services are supplied in exchange for payment or personal data.
Article 7 – Conformity with the contract:
>Sellers must ensure the digital content remains accessible and usable throughout the contract period or, for one-off purchases, for a reasonable period expected by the consumer.
Article 14 – Termination of the contract:
>Termination is allowed only under specific conditions, such as lack of conformity or breach by the other party. It does not grant sellers blanket rights to revoke access unless the consumer breaches the agreement or as contractually agreed under fair terms.
TOS terms are not legally binding in the EU. If they violate the law then they're null and void.
>So basically you're saying they can only do "what they want" if they do it a specific way.
Wow, companies can only do what they want when it doesn't involve fucking the customer up the ass? Crazy, I think we should go back to lead food cans and whole, dead rats in the sausage because the government is unreasonably burdening manufacturers with "regulations" (pussy shit).
