I mostly feel fine as I sleepmaxx and try to wake up naturally rather by setting an alarm. But obviously not everyone has this luxury. The thing is that the body has a natural "you should take a nap" time of the day, usually around 6 PM, that gets pushed back if you sleep in. And it feels very similar to brainfog. But for the most part I either power through any brainfog or just accept that my output will be subpar for a while until my brain kicks back into gear.
