I hate to break it to you but there's no way an integrated Intel graphics and 8GB of RAM is going to be able to handle vtubing + streaming + gaming at the same time unless you don't mind 15 fps. You're going to want an actual AMD or NVIDIA graphics card for that. It might be able to handle vtubing and streaming without gaming decently fine on it's own, but I don't know how resource-intensive vtuber tracking software like Live2D is.
512 GB is also pretty lacking if you're going to be installing a bunch of games and recording/editing videos, but you could always upgrade or get an external SSD later.
If you can afford it, I would shell out the extra $200-300 for a laptop with an actual GPU, even if it's not a particularly good one. Even a GTX 900 series would be a pretty significant leap.
To be desu that laptop seems a bit overpriced for a $500 "sale" in year of our lord 2025.
