like my image, easy, convenient, trouble free, i like to bend over a little and hold onto sth with one hand while other hand is used to feel up how good of contraction on glute max i get
weakest powerband between ankles and hip hyperextension with straight leg - it is NOT A KICKBACK, and i don't rep, i just hold the tension
