There are vested interests putting out "studies" on absolutely everything, there was a time when the science said that smoking was healthier than not, that vast amounts of carbs are better for you than vegetables, or how people who drink alcohol live longer than those who don't drink at all.

Blindly trusting a field of science that's constantly contradicting itself every few years and is primarily funded through corporations trying to sell you shit is fucking stupid.
