Plato's Republic covers this idea. That those were born as warriors can only be warriors; even if he wanted to be a blacksmith. A philosopher is born, not made. There are some who are born to lead, whilst there is those who were born to follow.
My only question, is total authority over genetic engineer ideal? Or is total decentralising the way to go to dissuade government tyranny

during the 90s is when all the doom and gloom began
70s were for boomer hippies who zeised power in the 80s when for xoomers who saw the writting on the wal and bailed out while they could, then came millenials, half of them turned into leftard faggot hippies, the other half became sarcastic irreverent nihilist
It was during the 90s that the post apocalyps genre became popular, that was the decade when everyone nooticed things were going downhill fast with no sign of stopping any time soon

The anglo has a fundamentally different mindset from continental europeans.
Continentals, due to our geographic status and borders, are conditioned to have a more defensive, communal, even tribal/clannish view of the world around us. Yes, we're happy to trade and explore, but when our backs are against a wall we NEED the guarantee that our community is with us. You can see this communal instinct shared by basically all continentals imo, from the germanic groups to the slavs and even the latins.
It also seems to breed a certain sort of idealism, or mysticism. This expresses strongest in Russians and Germans, both peoples who were consistently surrounded by enemies on all sides for millenia.
Meanwhile the anglo lives on an island fortress. His defense is already secured, he has no borders, neighbors or threats to his existence. His naval life leads him to a more egalitarian, mercantile mindset. This is because sucess in his world doesnt originate in people, aka volk, blood, and land as it does for continentals. It is produced by ships, goods and trade.
He gets around the world a lot more than continentals, so the anglo naturally comes to accept a more broad, openminded, but also truthful view of other cultures. He views his own as superior, of course, but due to his reliance on trade relations and natural defenses, he neither needs nor wants the natural distrust for other cultures that continentals have due to bloodied experiences.
Furthermore the anglo's world has incentivizes a more empirical, economic mindset. He does not need mysticism or idealism to inspire his people against a common foe, instead a more egalitarian/mercantile attitude will serve his economic and military opportunities far better.
Naturally its interesting to see how Americans have a similiar outlook, owed in part to their british heritage, but also simply due effectively having an island fortress the size of a continent.
As for OP, the anglo fears what he does not understand.

I remember being taught the false lie of "brain drain" from immigration to America in college. These smelly useless undercutting slaves need to go back to their own countries. The only thing Vivek got right was that you shouldn't be anti-intellectual. My dad did photography, played varsity football, was prom king, had great grades, and went on to a military academy. Don't be a faggot who can't read books. Chad reads books, runs Oklahoma drills, lifts plates, and fucks the prom queen in his convertible.
Chad doesn't go to spelling bees and run scam venture capital companies, Vivek, you obnoxious shit-eating poo-in-loo-ser. You fucking grifting brown parasitic faggot. There needs to be a day of de-shittening in America, and soon.

Vegan "ice cream" sounds disgusting. Sounds like goyslop shit.
I've made pretty decent organic sorbet at home, and it's easy.
