Legendaries in this game are *extremely* craft inefficient. Very few legs are worth crafting, and even then only if you need like 1 or 2 to complete the amount you need on your deck. There are other legs you will need in your deck that, while good, are not worth crafting whatsoever.
Trying to farm a pittance of vials from set 1 while missing out on all the new legendaries is extremely stupid. With daily packs and missions you will max out on the new set's bronzies and silvers quickly, which is where most of your vial economy will come from. Your vials should be for crafting golds and the legs you didn't get from opening packs.
