This is the buggiest the game has been in quite a while. The game feels aimless as fuck after Super Earth invasion where the illuminate didn't bring the entire cultist sect of units.

New support weapon can't even fire straight. I'd be uneasy as fuck to put something out like this and just not fix it while on vacation.

I haven't considered the 'meta' of this game ever, never play below D10, and select my armor, weapon, and stratagem entirely on roleplay. And I strictly play controller.
Except thermite, that's literally the only grenade on bugs/bots, but you can fuck around on squids.
You should, once past like level 10, have a even a vague concept of what primary is appropriate for any given front, the gist of which is med pen on bots, chaff clear on squids (optional) and anything on bugs. You can make nearly any stratagem weapon work anywhere.
If you seriously can't beat any operation on D10 with nearly any loadout, you're just bad at this game. And don't wiseguy me with some shit like; breaker spray/pray, machine pistol, fire nades, mines, smoke orbital, eagle cluster (fine independently), and gas gun (also fine independently).I say this as if you have intention to play the game any amount above straight trolling yourself.
Talking meta in this game is crazy because nearly everything is legit 'fine'. This game is more balanced than it will ever get credit for.
