Lib Pen has more customization options, including the Drum Mag to turn it into an AP3 bullet hose. Its handling isn't super great, but it can hold its own at closer ranges, though frankly if you want a close combat AP3 gun you should use the Reprimand.

The Adjudicator has worse handling and is stuck with a 30-round mag, it's better suited to long range fighting where you don't have to constantly shift from side to side to engage targets. Ironically, it actually works best when used as a Marksman Rifle like it was originally designated.

If you shot your RR while standing still the negative momentum would remove like 0.1 damage, going from 1000 to 999.9 which was rounded down to 999 so the leg armor survived with exactly 1 HP

The main problem with it is that it's easy to accidentally tunnel vision with it since the weapon encourages you to magdump for extended periods of time. I have a friend who constantly gets flanked and wrecked with the DSickle. He always ends up moving too slow as he slow walks while magdumping, and gets surprised by shit. No mobility since he is also addicted to the RR, so he has no room to consider using the jump pack. I've tried to convince him to use his Talon when we're on the run since it's more than enough to pick off assorted ambient opponents when we're trying to be high speed/low drag, but he seems hellbent on only even considering using his sidearm if he is completely out of stimpacks for the dickle. Always getting 7+ deaths on all fronts.

Purifier, charged shots only. You don't even need good aim, just get the projectile roughly on center mass. The projectile does a bunch of damage, the explosion almost doubles it while also doing a bunch of knockback and stagger around the impact point. Two shots to kill a Devastator, and occasionally you'll score kills without even directly hitting them because the explosion will do it for you. It's also kryptonite against Heavy Devastators because the explosion knocks their shield out of the way so that you can land a follow-up shot directly on their body.

They're good against bugs because their body structure makes hitting their heads and torsos really easy. But against Voteless they honestly kind of suck because horizontal swings tend to catch them in the arms instead of torso, which isn't an instant kill. You can't just braindeadedly swing a melee weapon against Voteless since most of their body parts since their arms and shoulders aren't fatal, and while cutting a leg off will eventually kill them they'll still crawl after you for a little while. As stupid as it sounds, you have to actually aim your swings at Voteless and try to hit them in the head or torso if you want to kill in a single hit.

And don't bother with them against bots, they have guns that can shoot you before you can get close enough to swing, and heat swords and chainsaws that can really fuck you up.

I don't really use the dickle much, but when I do I try to bring the jump pack. I think that you can get a decent tempo going where you bound between firing positions. I also bring the Talon as a sidearm and don't shy away from using it. If I see 2-3 random ambient bugs, I don't need to spend the time going through the sickle's initial spinup animation and then warmup phases as its DPS ramps up. The talon is more than enough to quickly dispatch a handful of targets.

The new teleport pack might be better than jump pack in some cases. I'm really curious to see how practical telefragging is or how the thing handles traversing vertical spaces.

I don't like the AC on bugs, it's so bad against Bile Titans and Chargers. With the RR/EAT/Quasar, you just aim at their head and kill them on the spot, but with the AC, you have to expend like a full 3 clips (so 1.5 internal mags) on a Bile Titan that's getting ever closer to you and to quickly kill a Charger you have to repeatedly hit a leg, which is easier said than done when it's moving around so much and is so easy to become obstructed when it charges past you and starts turning in place. The only bug medium that warrants the AC is the Bile Spewer, but it's also trivialized by several primaries (LibPen, Adjudicator, Reprimand, Eruptor, Xbow), meanwhile bug Tanks NEED AT, which can't be filled by a primary. Increasing enemy armor/HP is good if the effect is that it necessitates proper aim or even comboing to take them down rather than just being a flat DPS check. Enemies would get more aggressive in general two with the big guys having triggerable rage-states that required proper isolation/management or they could outright wipe the team.

What makes HD2 easier than most is how permissible it is to die. You get 6 lives and you always can come back in an instant if you or a teammate fucked up. Slap a jammer of some kind on each objective or make it so that the mission fails if everyone dies without reinforcing
