At the risk of sounding like an "age is just a number" fag, comparing yourself to your peers and asking why you haven't reached the same social milestones as them is probably the worst thing you can do to yourself psychologically and it serves no practical benefit. Your perception of their lives is not the reality of their lives. Truth is they all probably feel just as lost and unfulfilled as you do.
Where you are in life is a function of the choices you make. Until you start making different decisions, nothing in your life will change. Don't ask "What should I be doing at 30?" Instead ask "What sound the best version of myself be doing right now?" Then do that.
