The Knight does have some unused sprites that look like they're fire related, particularly a sword animation with some white smoke/flame coming off of it.

But it could also be that ERAM is more tied to "Dess" over "The Knight". Dess has a lot of lines tied to her potentially showing she has a thing for fire and burning things.
Hell, ERAM's entire point is wanting to see Kris' BURNING EYES flickering like flames, and in Noelle's recounting of the ICE-E box that she says winked at her, Dess burned the box, specifically burning out the eyes. Then Kris put the box with the burned eyes on their face to spook her till Dess bashed them with her wiffle ball bat.

There's at least a few things tying Dess to liking burning things.
Her rebellious nature making her more drawn to fire than the ice/cold her family is known for would make sense too.

When we fight Dess/The Knight for real, I think she's going to have fire attacks.
