Can someone please just give me a simple list of skincare products to buy? Ive tried figuring out skincare but it makes no sense and I just ended up buying the wrong products.

>hair is incredibly tangled and matted from a long time of not taking care of myself
>decide yesterday that im finally gonna change my life around and start taking care of my appearance, starting with getting my hair fixed
>go to a salon to get my hair untangled
>my hair actually looks good for once in my life
>actually somewhat happy in my appearance
>go to sleep
>wake up
>my hair is tangled again and looks the exact same as it did before I went to the salon
Im giving up on taking care of my appearance. I'll always fail. im just gonna let myself rot
