They are fine if you are a tourist. Just keep an eye on your stuff. But they suck if you own a restaurant. They have a whole routine where they run out before the bill comes. They will finish a meal then order coffee or desert and leave before they get it. Then they go to another restaurant and buy desert there if they really want it. And do the same thing. Never let them go to their car and bill them right when they get their food. These are the few high quality gypsies who made it to America.
