This is too schizobabble to understand. What are you trying to say? Why do you believe meditation fogs your mind?

I guess my concept of meditation was a bit unusual? It was somewhat exercise-based because I was doing it with the goal of developing psychic abilities if they existed. The general structure was:
1. clear mind of internal monologue
2a. visualize things and experiences as fully as possible, including emulating the sensations of touch/taste/smell
or
2b. manifest and maintain an intent/expectation in the "subconscious" mind without consciously thinking about it. Basically using the part of your brain that you act with in your sleep

There is one thing I can think of that you might interpret as fog. Only a couple times I managed to get in a weird mental state in which the "dream brain" stayed in charge even though I was awake. Super clear, no thought pollution. The lack of thought-noise made it easier to "listen" for precognition. I could never do it on purpose though, it only happened once through meditation and twice through dreams.

FWIW there was also a weird thing I went through with the chi/energy practice. For a while I could feel it STRONGLY in my hands. It felt like pushing two magnets together. Like strong enough to have to actually physically exert effort to push my hands together. If I did force my hands together, it "broke" and there was no more resistance at all unless I focused energy again. Doing it with an object between didn't affect the object in any way I could feel or observe. Anyway, out of nowhere, one day I just kinda went numb to it. I couldn't sense it the same way anymore, all at once. I was distraught. It just happened out of nowhere when I was walking through the hall at school one day.

Holy shit, that's highly unusual, isn't it? I remember thinking the 50 character ones the other night were long

They're actually fucking doing it, aren't they?
