It's weird I can remember the texture of the way it felt on my lips from all the times that I had to wait for the waitress to give me a straw.
Pizza Hut was really cozy back then. I miss the ambience and workers and everything from my local one.
(Later one of my friends/roommate worked there and would bring home a lot of free pizza and stuff for us too. RIP Jimmy)

I'm pretty old and people often don't believe me or claim I'm lying when I say that growing up it was normal to just have the man in the family who never even went to college work, have multiple children, and still have a nice home.
Sure my parents and many others I knew were kinda "lower middle class" and didn't have money to endlessly blow on stupid shit, but just growing up in a big house with a yard, brothers and sisters, and your Mom not working so she's actually caring for the family and always there was priceless (and we still had cable and Nintendo too)
