Honestly modern chaosium sucks and is a mess of a company now
It’s got too many different people in house and is becoming one of the bigger RPG publishing houses these days

If you want a company that can actually put out a solid product, check out the design mechanism and mythras instead
Heck a few pepole I know prefer it for glorantha

I'm just using the same mindset that many people has. In defense of that mindset, if we consider how immature and childish some people are even when they reach adulthood, then a young adult would be exposed to be "used" by older adults, even if it's, for instance, an age gap of 5 years. Sometimes younger adults get involved with older adults, and even if it's, let's say, 18yo with 27yo, in general the one with 27yo has lived and went through way more things, and most likely has more knowledge than the one with 18yo. Of course, not everyone is a fucking psycho who wants to ruin your life for getting involved with them, but know that the risk is there
As >>22918408 says, a 19yo lady is just entering adulthood, and it's probably studying in a college. If she dates older men, then what she could expect is them to have status and money, things out of her reach for the moment of course. Then the question is, is she ok with that? is she ok with being a kept woman by a man with objectively more wealth than her? she don't care about what feminists and other people could say about that kind of relationship? If the answer is yes, then go on, and best wishes
You know, decades ago people used to pick their partners using that logic. Most young women wanted an older men with wealth to have a guarantee that living with him would be at least possible
Last thing, as >>22918403 says, women have agency. They know what they are doing even when doing something wrong. So if they had bad experiences with older men, that's their problem and their responsibility. If it was a +40 years old cunt, then don't do that again. If it was a dude who had just some years more than they, then pick a proper man next time by meeting him properly. Simple
