See this is what I'm trying to get through to you.
You are so obsessed with this concept of "spoilers" in a game that is 99% about platforming and listening to a monkey yell over bananas that you are missing the part that just letting people get "spoiled" will make this game sell significantly more copies when they realized one of the most beloved Nintendo characters is returning for it.
Think how literally hundreds of YouTubers freaked the fuck out when they showed revived Ganondorf in the last Zelda TotK trailer. And that's a game where people care vastly more about the story. Bringing back a beloved villain is a massive selling point that this game isn't capitalizing on.
Again I think this game will sell just fine, but it would sell more if people knew about K Rool.
