why is it irrelevant? every suffering that we can bear is in service to an aesthetic aim. We deprive ourself of the food we want to be to be attractive. We spend waking hours studying to be wise. We socialize with friends to be popular. Why don't we just spend our lives participating in the beauty directly.
If we can find existence beautiful enough, even in the face of despair, everybody is a tragic hero.

today was an okay day. i had a disagreement with my gf about whether the term "reality" should be used in epistemology, but then i lost track of time playing uma musume. i felt pretty ugly though and was too self-conscious to wear makeup to the grocery store. i havent been eating much because my fucked up crown makes chewing painful, so im losing weight despite my wishes. there was a bear outside but my dog was very brave and killed it. i heard about a bear taking a guy off the streets and killing him in japan. scary stuff
