Yeah, VOY still has a lot of good to great episodes of Star Trek in there. ENT just doesn't.

ENT is the most serialized Star Trek show of all time and it really suffers for it. All of the crap about the temporal cold war, the Xindi, just long drawn out storylines that don't hold up to episodic viewing. VOY wins for being more episodic alone. If ENT had more Carbon Creeks, it'd be different but it just doesn't. Every VOY season from 3-7 is better than any single ENT season.

Also Archer is a retard who swings between trusting every alien he meets, getting imprisoned every other episode, and just failing upwards through faith of the heart, and then an authoritarian asshole who is a giant dick to his own crew like when he shits all over Trip for daring to teach a slave how to read the Cat in the Hat.
Shitty plastic looking drab grey sets, shitty costumes where everyone wears coveralls, shitty ensemble characters like Freighterman, shitty overserialization that makes DS9 look like TOS, and just a stinky air of desperation floating around the whole show, begging normies to give Star Trek a chance, to show it isn't just for the geeks!
