I generally don't like AI image generation but I've always found the complaints that it creates unfair competition for artists and takes away their jobs dumb and annoying.
Like yeah, it looks like shit but obviously the people who see what it looks like and willingly divulge money anyway obviously don't care. Like people scream for the government to regulate AI but what does this achieve besides forcing this small group of people to pay slightly more for a product they don't actually want?
Just let the sloppers slop it up in their own little corner and if you make good stuff people who are interested in paying money for good stuff will buy. Its really that simple.
Its like a small family owned burger joint complaining about a mcdonalds opening next door. Yeah it probably uses worse ingredients and is less healthy but the people choosing to eat there know that they just don't care. They made a value assessment based on the choices available, why should the other choices be sabotaged or removed to prop up your family owned burger place?

Honestly feel for persians though, they're my favourite arabs.
These decapitation strikes and further destabilizing of Iranian high brass might actually lead to further internal turmoil and I somehow think the persians will be way better off if they succeed in turning towards democratic rule than other nations in the area.
Known lotta persians who came here to study and it's always anecdotal evidence, but I liked working with them. Open minded and good people, none of them were religious. No comparison to Indians, Chinese or whatever.
