It was probably going to be a 60 dollar game but the microsoft overlords demanded it be 70. I wonder how much it cost to update the engine and make the 37 hours of story cutscenes the game has.
To add to my previous post, those sliders and censoring the "I don't want to die difficulty" was absolutely microsofts doing so gore censorship doesn't seem to be far fetched. Also they probably forced them to make thira man faced because all the concept art for her looks waaaay for feminine than what ended up in the game.
