Truly this is the worst combination, I mean sometimes I do attempt but I need to actually adhere to a routine and not be a sperg, I have a autistic friend who's the opposite he can draw really cool robots and pretty decent anatomy but when trying to draw human faces to everyone but him they looked actively mentally damaging to to look at with how crude and out of place they looked, he got significantly better when I actually tried conveying to him the issue rather than acting with animalistic hatred like everyone else, so I think you can get good at art even if your missing one of those things you just need to rbe properly taught/supported so you can overcome your short comings or well even know what short comings you have, it's why humble artists who can take criticism will always improve while those who are prideful and adverse to criticism will always degenerate
