If it has ''multiplies'' you put Serration + Aptitude. If it has good fire rate you use Acuity too.
Basmu and Stahlta aren't the only weapons with bullshit damage, they are just Multiplicative weapons with really good fire rate. Shedu theoretically would deal the same damage but since it has low fire rate and its main purpose is AoE killing, Acuity would be a waste in it, so you just use Aptitude + Serration instead for example.
