The anniversary did an unfixable damage to Nikke which I can still feel to this very day. The moment you realize how much shitty, unenjoyable busywork you need to do in game just to progress will kill your enthusiasm very quickly. Summer has to be exceptionally good after all the boring ass events for me to care again, but the fact that we got a fucking 60$ gacha skin instead of a freebie for Rapi after 6 fucking months is just pure yiddish.
I say this because I genuinely care about the game, but constant fuckups and slog content gets tiresome after a while.
If I would start the game now I would quit within 2 weeks. Its a shame because I know the devs are capable of much much more, but since the anniversary things have been mediocre to bad.
