you should continue a slow lean bulk and try to put on strength, you need more muscle mass. I used to look kinda like you, bulked up to around 190lbs several years ago, then did a couple cutting phases down to about 160lbs at lightest. Pic rel me a month ago, 5'11" 165 lbs

With the goal of symmetry/aesthetics in mind, once you have built a decent foundation, you should focus more on periphery muscles- delts, forearms, calves, traps, and lats
This will give you the best silhouette/proportions.
Focusing too much on powersharting movements overdevelops the torso/core. If you already have average frame genetics this can give you a shitty silhouette. If you have a godlike frame (shoulder-waist ratio, torso-limb ratio) then you can get away with some overdevelopment

Although plenty of natties have acne/shitty skin. I still get pimples on my back/shoulders and it's super annoying
