sh2 was the recent atlus game to talk about modern times with modern themes. a raidou in modern times is going to be the same fucking thing as sh2, so what's the point? devil summoner has always been about multiple different time periods away from our own, and even when it is based on the time period it's set in, it's more exaggerated. there are so many different ideas for a good time period between the 1950s to 2000s for it that choosing to want to do the modern day again, when sh2 is already an exaggerated version of the modern day, is retarded.
