It literally says it evolves from MarineBullmon right there in your picture, and it was shown in Liberator and it evolves from MarineBullmon in the new Pendulum.

Man the newer color sprites look so fucking good. The ones that're just coloured in versions of BW sprites are totally jank compared to the ones that were designed fresh.
